Adult Coco Rolled up Cowboy Hat, One per Order

This is exactly what I wanted! This cowboy hat was large enough for my head and fit perfectly with the "cowboy look" that I was looking for. Many people complimented me on it and I will keep wearing it even in different occasions! The shipping was also great because it delivered to me this hat in a box with many protections so it was intact when I opened it! It's a little big though, so you won't have anywhere to put it in a luggage if you are travelling with it. You could just do like me then and wear it in the airport (people will ask you if you're from Texas!)

I paid just under five dollars for this hat and was completely pleased with my purchase. My 4th grader had "rancho" day at school and needed to dress up as a cowboy. He has an adult sized head so I couldn't get him a kids dress up hat. I can't imagine anybody wearing this hat as a "real" hat but for a costume it is better quality than anything I have seen in the costume store. It fit my sons head and fit my head. It was packaged very nicely though it did have a strong smell when I first opened the bag it was in. It only took a day for the smell to dissipate and now I don't notice it at all. I have no idea how long this hat will last, but for five bucks and delivered to my door in 2 days (prime) vs. running all over town trying to find a hat at a price I was willing to pay for a costume - this hat was a great bargain.

We bought this hat for 'trek' (re-enactment of pioneers) for our son, and the hat fit well. Out of the box, we thought it was big for a 14 year-old, but not so. Pros: - Keeps the sun out of your eyes well. - Breathes - so it doesn't get too hot with the hat on. - Makes you look like a legit pioneer/cowboy. Cons: - There is no adjustment. One size fits all, and you need to guess if your head will fit. More than likely it will though. - There is no drawstring to keep the hat on your head if there's a gust of wind. - Dust and dirt can permeate through the hat - but that's what makes it 'breathe'. The drawstring and an adjuster for your head would be the two killer upgrades this hat could use. But it is what it is for the price paid. All-in-all, we'd buy this again.

Worked fine for "Cowboy Day" at school. I ordered one for my husband who is a teacher and one for my 5th grade son. They looked great but were a little big and hard to keep on.

Took this to the river to keep my face out of the sun and the major issue with this is its meant for elephants. IT'S GIGANTIC, I have a decent size head and this was huge. But for the price, I knew it wasn't coming home after the river, it was going to get destroyed in the water so I decided to keep it. I made it work by getting some foam strips from ACE Hardware and stuck it to the inner rim. The hat lasted almost the entire trip until the adhesive started falling off due to me being pushed in the water and the hat went under. There is a faint smell like the other reviews are mentioning but it wasn't overwhelming for me. Overall the price made up for it.

I have a slightly larger head in the first place, and more importantly, wear my hair in locks. This makes finding hats very challenging! I really wanted something for keeping the sun out of my eyes and avoiding a sunburned scalp. This hat is PERFECT! It does fit a but larger, so all you fellow big brained folks (har har) can rejoice - there's finally something cut for you. If you have a tiny head, go elsewhere, the vast majority of the hat world is catered to you as is. I'm sure you'll manage. Most average-suzed folks can wear this hat too, especially if you're willing to sew in an interior band. The hat is a great colour and decent quality, arrived in perfect condition. It did have a slight smell fresh out of the bag but aired out quickly. The *only* downside is that the dark brown bands are made of plastic, which cheapens the look of the hat. I tied a fabric strip around the center, and plan on stitching a ribbon of fabric around the edges this week to conceal the plastic. For the price, this is well worth a few minutes of alterations.

I wish I could give no stars as a rating. This hat is huge!!! I haven't found one person it fits. It's also very, very cheaply made and some of the bamboo (I think that's what it is) weaving was broken on arrival. Not quite shaped like the one in the photo either. I'm returning the item and hopefully that's at least a smooth process.

My grandson needed a "cowboy" or "farmer's" hat to complete a Halloween Outfit. I found this one on Amazon for a reasonable price. When it arrived, I was surprised at the quality for the price! The straw is neatly and tightly woven and the hat has a good weight to it. It is NOT one of those flimsy ones. It totally completed his costume! I liked it...so did he! In fact, he still wears it around the house when acting out or just being silly. Looks like this purchase make more than one person happy! Thanks again Amazon!
