I loved it!! I love novels about World War II and Israel. Great novel.

Must have for all Thoene fans. Ties together lead up to the AD Chronicles.

I love Bodie Thoene's writing, but I was a little disappointed in both Jerusalem Scrolls and Stones of Jerusalem in that these novels go back in time to the time when Jesus was on earth. I was hoping to have more about characters that we have learned to love in her previous novels taking place in the year 1948. So we are kind of left hanging as to the outcome of the struggles of the newly formed state of Israel. But these stories are also very good reading.

I love the story line and the characters. The books are well written and has kept me wanting to know more of these characters. I have read all of the Covenant, Chronicles and now finishing up with the Legacies. I plan on reading more of the Thoene's novels. Highly recommend these series. If anyone likes to read the historical side of how Israel became a nation and what it took to become one should read these books.

This book helps you understand the miracle of the birth of the nation of Israel. The characters are unforgetable and the plot is engaging.
