Q: How are these in snow and ice?

It's supposed to, but I've had a few snow/ice storms in my area & it didn't work very well for me at all.

Q: Does it fit large pin wiper arms?

The 17" version did not come with a pin adapter. However, the 18" did include the necessary adapter.

Q: I purchased the Bosch Icon 22a rather than 22b (passenger side) for my 2007 Buick Rendezvous. Still compatible, or should I return it?

The "B" blade is for the passenger side. While they look the same, the "B" blades are designed to flex more as the passenger side blade tends to deal with more curvature of the glass on that side of the car. You can return the 22A or keep it for a driver side 22 inch application. Thanks.

Yes you do need to buy 2 of them. They come 1 to a package. They should fit as long as you get the right length for your vehicle.
