I have a really hard time staying hydrated on long runs (I've run several marathons). This is the only stuff I can absorb quickly while running that keeps the cramps away. I appreciate that Amazon has these in large packages to help manage the cost.I have used this for over a decade now, and simply have no desire/need to use anything else.

This is a great product and has really helped me keep from cramping into maintain hydration levels during cycling and triathlon. Take notice that each packet is 750 mg of sodium and not 1500 mg. It will take two packets to make the 1500 mg Serving that is listed on the packet so technically 14 in a box only makes seven 1500 mg servings

Bought this hydration mix to help me with my cycling performance. I would often get heavy legs and or slight cramping while on extended rides. I saw a episode one cycling performance about electrolyte replacement while riding. I decided to try Performance Hydration and bingo heave legs and cramping are gone. I use 1 packet of the mix in 20oz bottle per ride and that has done the trick for me. On longer rides 60+ miles I will take an extra packet so I can mix a bottle while out on the ride. Highly Recommend!

I states on the package "No artificial flavours or sweeteners." However, the ingredients list sugar first. It tastes OK and I think works OK. I should have stuck with the tablets as I am trying to cut down on sugar.

The Precision Hydration Electrolyte Mixes have really helped me to dial in proper hydration on a day to day basis. Most of my training and competition is in or around the ocean and often it can be difficult to know if I am having hydration issues - usually I don’t notice until it is too late and the cramping and headaches begin. Because of the different strengths available, I can use the 500 on a daily basis and then switch to something stronger if the day is a really tough one or if it is exceptionally hot. With other hydration products, I just didn’t have this flexibility.All of the mixes have a moderate taste that I enjoy. They are not overwhelming and have never caused any stomach discomfort. They mix quickly and it is easy to throw a variety of pouches into my workout or race bag so that I will have whatever I need.This is an excellent product.

I don't use any other mix. This stuff is pricey, but worth the money.

Was supposed to contain 8 sachets and it did not. Should have ordered through Precision Hydration directly.
