This book is beautiful but not exactly what I was expecting. I think I was looking for more theory and techniques about creative play.

Fabulous tips and lovely easy toys to make with easy instructions. Lots of fun games to lay with the toys you’ve made and a great inside get into toddlers play

great pictures easy to follow. Good for vacations and a motivation for doing something with the children

I am very excited to try some of these projects in this book.

Incredibly insightful and makes some Waldorf crafts so easy to approach by giving step-by-step instruction

Useful little books with some crafts I had not come across before. Perfect if you're a good sewer or particularly crafty. I was happy to give some of these a go, but many are beyond my ability.Great snippets about the benefits of certain play activities (although brief). My son has loved the few bits I have made for him.

We love this book. I bought it about a year ago now, and have a 4 and 2 year old. I've had a great time preparing for play and it's so encouraging to see children using their imagination. Some of the items have taken a bit more time and thought to prepare than others, but overall very happy with the purchase

I wish I had bought this book 3years ago when my son was born!The crafts are beautiful and, as expected, perfectly suitable for the pre-school children.

Didn't think the ideas where that inspiring.

Not really what I was expecting. It's interesting to read what the different play ideas help the child to learn but not practical to set about knitting bunny families or dolls!
