It’s a cheaply made bike. I would get the insurance for it. Tires are cheap and wear out fast. I had two punctures in 2 weeks and one was from a tiny rock. Pedals are trash and will break on you so get some better ones. It’s a cheaply made bike but that’s why it’s cheaper than others. Motor has worked well so far with the electrical aspect of it. The light also broke off as well so I had to strap it back on but that’s also the cheapness of it. I ride it simple to and from work and no mountain biking. Can’t imagine it would do well out mountain biking

Although the ebike arrived with a caused by the individual Amazon sent to setup the ebike when he attended to adjust the gearing (which wasn't needs) the seller was quick to resolve the problem by paying for me to take the ebike to a local bike shop and paying the repair cost. As for my ebike - it's great! I'm 76 and have had several recent back surgeries and I live in a very hilly area in Connecticut. Having the electronic assist allows me to ride and enjoy this region of the state. I do trips of about 20 miles in return with significant battery life remaining.

Pros: It helped me ride 20 more degree uphill effortlessly, and I weigh more than 210 #.Cons: It does not allow you to take the battery off the bike, and recharge it inside the home.This bike is foldable, so I could hide it in the back of my trunk, but since it’s heavy to carry on and off the trunk, I like to take the battery only to recharge it; but this function isn’t as indicated in its advertisement.But regardless the insufficiency , this is the best quality and price you could buy in the market.

I love this bike. I am 59 years old . I weighabout 205 . I did need to add a wider seatfor my own comfort, a rack and a tail light.However I love this bike! I have ridden thisBike for hours at a time. I have it for less than a month and according to my GoggleTime line I have traveled over 100 miles now. I only ride for recreational enjoyment.

Very nice bike. Love riding the trails with it. Only thing missing is a lock on the battery and the ability to take the battery off the bike to charge it.

Others who show purchasing review history have only been with Amazon since 6/2019There are some reviewers that seem to be long term Amazon customers.Perfect 5 star reviews from everyone is unusual. Great products will have some less than 5 stars ...nothing is perfect.
