Not nearly as indicated by the picture. If this cost more than 5 cents to manufacture I would be surprised. I have trouble get it snug enough on my neck to have the pressure pieces sit firmly on my neck and I am not an overly small person.

Love it and feel the heat. Only thing I wish the magnets were also on the side.Great product and easily fits around the small neck. Its was so good feeling some heat, Only wished there was more magnets on the side of neck area too. Will try sleeping with it tonight,

This neck support seems towork but the smell gets to me. I have washed this item twice and it still smells. It leaves a smell on my neck. I do not think I will recommend this item to friends because of the smell.

It works except the strap is too long for it to fit snuggly around my neck. I suggest a longer Velcro strip.

Surprisingly, this product works. After about 15 minutes, you can feel moderate heat to the neck. Feels great.

Didn't work for me. Very uncomfortable. What did work for me is two tennis balls in a sock. Relieved my neck pain almost instantly. Forget this thing.

I bought two of these for my daughters. They did not have any positive benefits from this item. One daughter said it burned and was uncomfortable.

unfortunately, my wife, who has had neck surgery, found no relief from this product. In addition the velcro portions were not great for her small neck.
