Fast and courteous should something malfunction
Last week I ordered a box of the 4 colors for my printer. When I put in the new cartridges one of cartridges didn't work as expected. I put in for a new one. I sent the malfunctioning cartridge back yesterday and today my replacement came. I was extremely pleased with the fast and courteous exchange.

High quality/Pricey/but whatev'
As described... worked like a charm. Amazon promised overnight delivery and it was indeed overnight. When you run out of printer ink you need your printer ink...so this was super ideal. I had backups of off brand cartridges that fit but HP uses chip technology to block using them. Whaaaat? That should be the consumer's prerogative... not only was I stuck without ink... but the monopoly was a slap in the face. HP, seriously?
