CLR was spilled in a small part of the black marble floor and has a hazy unpolished look. Do you use this powder with water and a buff with drill pad?

I used a makita buffer with a buffing pad. Yes you use a small amount of the powder and have a water bottle with you as you wet the powder and start sanding at slow speed and gradually work your way higher with the buffing pad. Im not a professional but it did help my marble quite a bit where it looked like someone put the wrong cleaners and stained it. You will need to seal it after you get to the desired finish and it may take a few go arounds.

Will this product polish onyx stone that has a smoky glaze from rubbing together?

MB-12 is for Professional Use only and requires a machine to work with. If you have a large piece I would look at a Stone Restoration Professional

Will this remove etching from white marble or do I need to use diamond sand disk first to remove the etching??

I did not have a sanding disc but in just hand rubbing, this was not enough to remove the etching. I have not had an opportunity to obtain a buffing disc so I don't know if mechanical assistance would work.
