I've only given it 3 starts as I've only just received it a few days ago so cannot fully comment on affects or long terms use. I will say I am impressed with all the ingredients being organic and plant based. This is because most convential multivamins from places like Holland and Barrats contain sucralose, corn oil or other shit processes sugars and oils that are not good for you. Also being British Indian i am especially appreciative of the ingredients as they are mainly spices and herbs that are Indian so the smell and taste reminds me of home and my mum's spice tin which is an added plus for me.

I was attracted to these not because it's an organic multivitamin but because of the impressive list of organic superfoods and ingredients listed on the label. I have actually never seen anything quite like this, so I had to make a purchase. They are absolutely amazing, I take one with all my other minerals, vitamins and ashwaghanda, I feel happier, more clear headed, faster, brainier, sense of well being. Please do not ever stop selling this product, I will be buy it all the time it's available. The %NRV of the nutrients would be a nice touch please, but also not necessary as I don't take this supplement for vitamins or minerals, I take it because it contains a massive list of organic super ingredients, all merged into one, that you can't get anywhere else. Thanks for making my life better.

I've always heard about the benefits of amla for hair growth so I decided to try this brand as Good-Guru looked like a reputable company and they are organic. The capsules also have loads of other great ingredients. I have tried so many things for hair growth over the years but these are by far the best supplements I've taken. They actually work! My hair has not only grown quickly since taking these but also thicker. And the added bonus is that my skin is so lovely and smooth and my nails are longer and stronger than I've ever seen them. These are definitely worth a buy. I am now purchasing my second bottle.

I’ve been taking these for around 8 weeks and wanted something that was organic. I take them at night and within a few days I notice I started sleeping the night through rather than waking 2/3 I noticed I had more energy and felt better within myself. They’ve helped with some digestive issues also.
