Sea to Summit Daypack Backpacks, White, One Size

Zipper is cleverly positioned to allow this to collapse to a small size. The straps do not adjust (presumably to keep it as light as possible) and are overly long. I’ve tied knots in the them to reduce length.

This day pack really is incredibly tiny and light. The tradeoff of course is comfort and durability. The shoulder straps are fine for a light load of perhaps 5 lb or so: a liter of water, some food and a shell. When lightly loaded it is plenty comfortable. About 1/10 the weight of a typical flash pack. No provision for a hydration bladder. It is a minimalist solution; don't expect it to be more than that. Great to take along as a day pack when we are lightweight backpacking. Small enough to toss in your travel bag on a business or pleasure trip just in case...

Super small and light

I love the lightness of this pack.It holds all clothing I normally take backpacking. Yes the straps are a weakness but, I never intended to put more than 3-4 lbs of stuff in it so bunching wouldn't be an issue for me. The straps are not adjustable but the pack fit me (6' 2") just fine.But, the zipper failed the first time out on the trail - that's a fatal flaw.Sea to Summit gear is normally exceptional but, this product needs a bit more work to match the quality of their other product offerings.Until Sea to Summit makes improvements to this one, I'd suggest looking for something more robust.

This is a cool and useful item. Mine ripped the third time i used it. Nothing sharp in the bag. Very fragile. Disappointed

These are the most amazing pieces of equipment you could ever find. Its literally a backpack the size of a key chain. PERFECT for motorcycles, the gym, day hikes, just to keep in the car. I literally own 5 of these to put in my motorcycles, backpacking gear, and for the gym.

Sometimes it's nice to have a pocket-pack? Could easily EDC this pack. Most important is to have gear actually worth the weight and bulk of carrying. This pack is worth its weight.

Ich bin total begeistert. Zugegeben war ich am Anfang bisschen enttäuscht als ich gesehen habe wie dünn das Teil ausgepackt ist. Hat mich fast an die Obsttüten aus dem Supermarkt erinnert. Wirkte halt nicht stabil und auch der Reißverschluss war winzig und mühsam zu öffnen und zu schließen. Dann aber, bei mehreren Reisen immer wieder benutzt und gemerkt er hält ordentlich was aus und ist super praktisch. Sein Packmaß ist unübertroffen und kann deswegen immer mitgenommen und spontan benutzt werden. Kaum so groß wie AirPods ist das Teil. Grade bei Städtereisen, kann man seinen Pulli oder seine Jacke reinhauen solange noch die Sonne scheint und später anziehen; Wasserflasche, Reiseführer was auch immer man unterwegs braucht kann man dort verstauen und muss es nicht ständig in der Hand halten. Der Vorteil des Rucksacks liegt halt zu 100% in seinem Packmass und seinem Gewicht. Er wiegt gefühlt nichts. Ich hab ihn immer dabei und kann ihn spontan benutzen. Natürlich ist nahezu jeder Rucksack besser wenn man von vornherein plant mit Rucksack rauszugehen und wenn man den Platz für einen weiteren Tagesrucksack hat bei den ganzen „günstigen“ Flügen wo man eh knapp mit dem Gepäck ist. Muss jeder selbst wissen. Ich hatte auch schon osprey Faltrucksäcke. Die waren auch toll und viel stabiler, aber nunmal auch viel größer. Die würde man nicht spontan öffnen unterwegs und wieder zusammenfalten und in der Hand halten.

Perfekt zum Bikepacken um auch mal den Einkauf zu transportieren !

Dieser kleine Rucksack hat mich auf einer Reise in einem 1-Liter-Sling begleitet, für die üblichen überraschenden Käufe, die man im Urlaub so hat :-) Der Rucksack ist natürlich nichts für schwere Ladungen und lange Wanderungen, aber für den Fall der Souvenir-Fälle ist er sehr praktisch. Zusammengepackt ist er winzig und leicht. Entfaltet wirkt er trotz des dünnen Materials ziemlich robust und hält sicher einiges aus.
