I received a used part
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this one is deserved. I received a used part. There's some residue inside, and the outer surface is lightly scratched.

Perfect
Replaced this piston along with the stack assembly and now no more water weeping out the flush drain pipe. Valve is 6 years old and used as the first filter after the well.
