Regrets
The kit itself is ok, though you're getting what you pay for so don't expect anything more than "ok". Still, I cracked the back panel into a hundred pieces doing this. I just didn't have the patience and had never done it before. The battery isn't much better than the one I was replacing... Yeah, take it to a shop and get a decent battery installed by a professional.

Works just fine. UPDATE but didn’t even last a year.
See update below:Not especially easy to fit, but that's to do with the phone rather than this product.The battery fits well, but note that you don’t get a replacement glue ring, so it sits unsecured within the phone. I don’t think that should be a problem for most people.I only fitted it yesterday so can’t report on battery life - I’ll update this review if it's anything other than excellent.UPDATE:Eight months later and the newly fitted battery is bulging, and as a result has cracked the back of the phone.That's very poor, so I’ve reduced my score to one star.

Too big! You pay to return it too!
I have a Samsung S8 and bought this as my original battery was swollen.Took ages, carefully taking the phone apart whilst watching a youtube video on how to replace the battery only to find it was too wide to fit in the space provided. It was only a couple of mm too large but the phone surround wouldn't expand to allow the battery to go into the space.The battery for this phone needs to be exactly the correct size otherwise you're wasting your time.I've sent it back and had to pay for postage!

The charge doesn’t last.
The battery is charged for few hours and dead. Waste of money.
