This product helps bulk up a dog's loose stool while the dog is symptomatic with diarrhea. It helps make our puppers more comfortable and prevents any messy accidents inside the house! This is not a product to be used long-term, but only for a couple days at a time (if you need it longer than that or your dog is getting recurrent bouts of diarrhea, take your dog to the vet). I mixed the medication with my dog's kibble and she ate it right up, so no complaints about taste from her! The only issue I have with this product is the dosing information. For dogs 51+ pounds, the dose is 1 Tbsp every 12 hours. My dog is a Mastiff-Rottweiler mix and weighs approximately 140 lbs. I tried the one 1 Tbsp dosing but it was ineffective. 2 Tbsp every 12 hours while she was symptomatic was more appropriate. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this product!

As it turned out, my poor boy has colorectal cancer and will be put to sleep soon. But I used this medicine several times when his diarrhea was severe and I worried about him becoming dehydrated. It worked very well for him and he liked the taste so I had no difficulty getting him to take it. For him, he weighs 485 grams and was getting .1cc once a day.

This works really well but follow the directions! Pay attention to dosage! You can harm instead of helping. If your battling parvo, this stuff just might make the difference. It has helped us save many parvo dogs from dehydrating out. Why 4 stars? Because the exact same product in the exact same bottle is only 13.99 at Petsmart.

I have a maltese, shitzu mix, and sometimes when she eats chicken from restaurants, she gets the runs and so I bought this and it works immediately. She doesn't like the taste so I have to hold her and use an eye dropper but it works very well. By the next morning, bathroom episodes are normal

my dog finally has typical looking stool instead of poop soup! I have to give it o him every day but it is working gr8 and he has been able to put some weight back on. The vet gave him pro pectin but it just wasn't working as well as my dog needed it to. Now I give him a capful of this and his pro pectin with probiotics. So much easier on him and me when picking up his deposits outside. i'm a happy camper!

This product is by far the best remedy for dogs with severe diarrhea. My dog loved the taste and did not resist when I put in her empty water bowl to consume the product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this brand for dog owners who are looking for a product to reverse diarrhea and that is affordable.

Since it's a product for dogs and I used it according to instructions, I didn't taste it so cannot comment. My dog, however, did not like it. He took it, but with extreme reservation. The good news is that I got some in him and it worked, which makes me very happy.

It's a good product but I will find another way to purchase it in the future. It arrived without the outer cap. The foil seal was intact so it didn't leak or open in shipping. Fortunately I still had the previous bottle and was able to use that cap.
