Chicken Man

I had this book for my children and had to buy if for my grandchildren. Chicken man is an inspiration. He always makes the best of every situation and brings joy to everything he does. Everyone in the story thinks the joy comes comes from his work, so they keep taking his jobs away from him, but we learn that it comes from within himself. A great life lesson and a fun book. Great for all ages.

The book arrived on time and saved my lesson plan. Our library flooded and we lost many of the books I use in the classroom. I requested this on Monday and had it in my hands on Wednesday afternoon. Thank you !

We received our first copy through the PJ Library program. It quickly became one of my son's (and mine) favorite books. While I think it is a great introduction to life in the Kibbutzim, my son thinks the chickens are hilarious. Since then, I had purchased several copies for his pre-school.

I love this book and was so glad to get another copy to shareIt was a little bent, but it could have been on this end when it was put into the mailbox
