Love Reign and the taste of the melon Mania flavor 🔥. Perfectly carbonated and very refreshing this is the perfect pick me up. I love how it’s low calorie with only 10 calories. It doesn’t bloat you or leave you feeling full. It gives you energy for anything from a workout to homework! My favorite energy drink if I had to choose just one ! I drink it everyday at work.

It's hard to find good tasting sugar free energy drinks but Reign absolutely nails it. If it wasn't for the fact that it says sugar free on the can, you'd never know it as the flavors are all really good and don't have that weird after taste that a lot of other sugar free drinks tend to have. While I'm a fan of most of the core flavors, sour apple and melon have been two of my favorites. Other than taste, I haven't experienced any energy crashes or stomach issues like I've had with some other brands, so these have been one of the few energy drink brands that I continuously come back to time and time again. Only down side is they're a bit on the higher end for 12 pack price point vs other brands.

Of all of the Reign flavors, this one is the best tasting. The rest are overly sweet and taste like weird cotton candy, meant for a kids palate even though Reign is pitched for adults. Reign is supplemented with CoQ10, a substance beneficial for metabolism and your heart health. This also has the least sodium of the Reign flavors (check the sodium content in Red Bull sometime, it's wild). One can has 300 mg of caffeine, so I stick to half a can a day. The energy increase and mental sharpness makes the slightly odd flavor worthwhile.

They are Not good for you

I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia; thus, I struggle with pain, fatigue, and intense brain fog. I have a job. They want me to work to pay for me. Craziness huh? This drink costs more than five-hour energy, but I can drink one in about two days, maybe a little more if I want to be cheap. Usually, I am so desperate for energy and to be able to function well at work that money doesn't matter when I need to work. So I bought some silicone drink covers (from Amazon, too) that will help the carbonation to last longer. I had been putting my Reign in a ziplock, and that works, also, but it's a little obnoxious, so I like the covers better. By the way, I do NOT drink energy drinks unless you call 5-hour energy an energy drink. I think of it more like a shot. I'm not too fond of energy drinks cause of the great let down that makes me wanna curl up in a bawl with my teddy bear and sleep. I have noticed no let down at all from the Reign energy drink. This lack of a let down is significant for someone who lives tired. I do not need any extra crashing and brain fog. I have used this drink for about four days now, and my work week was far better than the last few years. Oh, and the taste? I love it. I would seriously drink it in place of my other beverages, but that would cost too much, so I shall refrain from drinking this for casual purposes.
