Yes it may accommodate the HK 45, BUT after owning one of these holsters I can tell you they are pretty much trash! If you're really looking for a good IWB holster, get a "Bravo Concealment" holster. I own two of them and its just a much superior product. I mean if you're gonna get something to carry around something that could save yours or someone else's life, don't get this cheap holster.

Q: Does this holster come left handed for a Glock 41?

I purchased the right handed model, I would assume that they sell a left handed model. The holster I received fits my Glock 19 perfectly. sorry I didn't really have any answers

Q: Will this holster work with a polymer 80 glock 17/22 frame?

It fits my G17 and G26 with slightly less tight fit on the 26. Not sure how big the difference is between poly 80s and normal G17 though.
