LJ100 is the most researched tongkat ali extract out there. It has been the subject of over 15 clinical trials, and has shown benefits for everything from testosterone levels to weight loss to energy levels.The product formulation is simple but effective. Simply: 100mg LJ100, which is the same dose that has been used in clinical trials and has shown benefits for testosterone levels and "men's health" benefits.I've been taking this primarily for strength and muscle building purposes, and so far my gains in the gym have been increasing steadily. The effects are subtle, but I've been feeling good lately and speculate that this is thanks to the testosterone and mood-boosting effects of the tongkat. Personally, I think they should have added a few synergistic ingredients with this. Maybe some boron, some zinc, some fenugreek extract - but LJ100 is great and it's one of the only proven tongkat ali extracts out there.

I don't notice any result from taking this product but my Dr who prescribes my hormone blends told me to take it. She is very picky about quality of products, so I am assuming it is doing what it is supposed to, but I don't notice anything.

I'm confident this is quality product. If they're really using LJ100, there's no doubt it has been tested and is pure, potent, quality Eurycoma longifolia. And these capsules are easy to take with no issues. My problem however is with the price to dosage ratio. These are only 100mg capsules, so in a 30 ct bottle, at best you're getting a month's supply of low dose Longjack. In reality, the best dosage is 200-300mg a day, so you could be paying $27 for a 15 day supply, or even worse, a 10 day supply. That's just not economical. So while this is good quality, I wouldn't get it again due to the price, and thus I had to drop a star.

These are relatively easy to swallow capsules with "LongJack" or Eurycoma Longifolia. Historically it has been used as an aphrodisiac in Asia, but I'll be honest, I did not feel any sort of libido or sexual drive increase (nor any boost in performance during use).I'm not sure to what extent others who experience "positive" effects are caught up in placebo, or if I am simply a non-responder to LongJack, but for me this product did not really "do" anything for me. I gave it three stars because the packaging, labeling, and directions were all clear. I also appreciated the scientific explanation given on the bottle, and because I did not have my free test measured before and after use, I was hesitant to say this "did not work." Instead, I can only say that I did not notice and subjective benefit to using this product.

It's pretty strong stuff, so go easy, but it seems to work pretty well.
