Efficient and works great for fine facial hair!
PROS:- lIght weight- convenient to use.- no mess like other hair removal products.- effectively remove fine facial hair. Not indicated for thicker hair (armpits, legs, etc.)CONS:- There was a dark spot (could be from the oxidation of the metal wire?) on the spring. But does not interfere with the effectiveness of the product.

Hard to use
This was very difficult to use and a bit painful. It was awkward to manipulate over your face and didn't really do much. It pulled a hair every now and then, but was very effective. It wouldn't be a tool I would recommend.

Not Impressed
First off, it's too long. You would basically have to have a beard to have it work properly and when it actually grabs onto something, it HURTS! Waste of money. I'll just use my trusty tweezers.

I could not figure out how to use it
I have dark hairs on my neck, chin, upper lips, and cheeks.... I bought this in hopes that it would work as a substitute for paying for waxing and/or threading as I've heard that waxing will cause upper link wrinkles ugh... Anyway, this did not work as a substitute. I think it might work, if you can get the groove of it, but I wasn't successful at it. I opted and purchased this off of Amazon: Braun Silk-épil 7-880 SensoSmart Epilator for Women, Silver - Cordless Wet & Dry Epilator with 7 Extras. It worked great, painful, but it did the trick and of course it's a little more pricey, but it ends up being cheaper considering how much I was paying getting waxed and/or threaded. I saw youtube videos on this facial hair removal spring epilator and some people seemed successful with it, I guess it's worth a try, but it's also a bit time consuming. I just wasn't lucky with this one.

Works perfectly
These are the best hair removers of this type to use. Other products break the hair, rather then pluck it right out. I've used these particular styles for years and can't speak highly enough about this one.

Nice!
I have two of another brand, but could not find them so my mustache-y upper lip forced me to buy another. I am actually glad. This one is shorter than the others and more flexible/springy. It definitely gets more hair.A word of caution. Some people really cannot do this. They tell me that it hurts. Even my SIL who can hold incredibly hot things. We call her asbestos hands. I am a wimp where pain is concerned and cannot wax or epilate without severe pain, but the long, fine facial hair I have is not painful. Not sure why.

Worth having
This does cause a little pain. It is pulling the hairs out from the roots. It works great though on small areas and is not unbearable. I will continue to use mine.

I love this tool!
This is an excellent way to remove upper-lip hair with little pain. I can't use creams or waxes because my skin is very sensitive around my mouth. Therefore, this tool takes care of the upkeep that I need to do in that area without burning or irritating it like the creams or waxes do. I would definitely recommend it!
