Very disappointing, author didn't sound like a native English speaker, articles, direst and indirect have been left out, there are many typos, spelling mistakes and inconsistent American/British English spellings (for example organise spelt with an s and a z in the same document). Looks like it was put together in a hurry with no proofreading.
