reversible and universal grinder plate fitting #22 grinders.  The plate has 1/2" holes and 3 side notches making it universal for hobart and biro grinders with different pin configurations. the 1/2" size hole is typically used for course chili specifications: #22 (200) 1/2" holes 3 notches 440c material hardened to 58-60 hrc fits most hobart and biro grinders plate diameter:  3 1/4" be sure to replace your grinder knife anytime changing your plate.  A used or warped knife will not produce the quality cut you are looking for if not matched with the plate.
