Not worth it at all. Didn’t work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.

First time use, the coil became rusty yellowing the water.Worst was when I tried to adjust the steam Handel, the top part separated resulting the boiling water to splash and Burning my foot!I have second degree burn on my foot.I am an experienced esthetician THIS WAS MOT MY FIRST TIME WORKING WITH A STEAMER!Very disappointed!

I had one of these steamers and it stopped working. But the company sent me a new one and it works great. Thank you for the great customer service. It’s simple. Easy to use. Reliable. And it heats up the water super fast which I love.

Use this steamer for my hair care . It’s pretty decent , I just hate how it automatically turns off when it’s half way filled instead of using all the water

This item is extremely dangerous and poorly made. The water holder does not screw on correctly, making it a defective product. Because of this flaw, my child suffered a third-degree burn. This is unacceptable and clearly shows the product was made without proper safety testing or quality control. I strongly advise against purchasing this item—it is unsafe and should be recalled immediately.My child child is in burn therapy now
