Shoe fits one size too large, if you wear a 9 get an 8, faux leather creases fairly easy when slipping on.

Pleasant Surprise
I was only expecting a knock around boot for this price and to my surprise I ended up with a really serviceable nice looking boot. I have been tramping through the woods, moving rocks (one landed on the toe crushed it and I simply popped it back into shape) and in general mistreating these boots. I ended up buying a pair for my son and his experience duplicates my own. I am now about to order another in black. Hey, give them a try for $ 20, I think you will be surprised as well.
