Great NonFiction Books
I am an elementary school teacher and I use Nat Geo Books all the time. They have a lot of informational text about the topic and they have fabulous pictures. I use these books as mentor texts when I teach non-fiction. The kids usually love these books and are engaged during the lesson.

Beautiful photos and non-intimidating to young readers

Super book for kids
This was a gift for our grandson who is 8 and he loves the National Geographic books on animals. We flipped through the book when we received it and it's very interesting and explains a lot for kids to learn.
