Where can I get just the pot that goes inside the cooker?

I am sure you can find it online with an Aroma parts dealer or from the manufacture themselves. I just sell the 6 cup cookers complete

Can you cook less than 2 cups? We need this for 1 cup of rice.

Hello, Thank you for contacting Aroma Housewares. Within this unit, you can cook between 1 to 3 cups of uncooked rice using the measuring cup provided with the unit. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service desk at 1-800-276-6286 ext.1.

i must be stupid but how does that removeable pan "attach" to the cooker?? The spring thingy holds it up a little and it is loose.

Hello, Thank you for contacting Aroma Housewares. The inner pot does not lock into place. The inner pot is going to sit properly and evenly in the cooker once you've added your rice and water, as there is weight weighting down. In the meantime, if there is nothing in the inner pot it would be loose and wobbly. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service desk at 1-800-276-6286 ext.1.

Is the pot dishwasher safe?

Hello, Thank you for contacting Aroma Housewares. Yes, the inner pot is dishwasher safe, however, a slight discoloration to the exterior may occur. This is cosmetic and would not affect the performance of the unit. Should you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service desk at 1-800-276-6286 ext.1.
