product is not a good quality carpet. the grass is very small...feels like a ordinary carpet in green color...even the size is 1 feet smaller... quality is very bad..

Decent quality, serves my purpose well but is overpriced in my opinion.I have dogs who return with dirty paws that need washing before being allowed inside the house. So I have placed the mat outside the house, where it not only looks good,but also collects dust and dirt in it's weaves. The top layer is easy to clean, just brush it off, but the dirt which sinks to the bottom is somewhat more difficult to clean. The rubber at the base of the mat is also good, it provides adequate friction and keeps the mat from slipping.

It is as shown in the photo. Looks real grass and makes the balcony beautiful. Go for it without another thought.

Terrible smell and return is not possible.
