All I wanted was a digital scale that DID NOT do the thing where it says the exact same weight every time you step on it, including after taking a big dump. That's what my last two scales did, and from reading lots of reviews (particularly reading the one star reviews) and lots of comment threads online it appears that virtually all digital scales do this as an artifical way of making the scale seem consistent. The workaround was to weigh yourself holding an object that weighs a couple pounds to "clear" the memorized weight and weigh yourself again. This is the only scale I've found with which no one said it did this in the one star reviews, everyone says it's a good scale as far as measuring weight goes. Sure enough, it works perfectly. You can see the weight changing with your body shifting as it tasks itself with figuring out the average, and if you weigh yourself again it might change by .2 or so, which is what I actually want to see as it makes sense that it can vary depending on body movement. And it works great as just a scale if you don't want to use the app.The scale itself is very slick. I wear size 12 wide and it's plenty big enough. It's very easy to read, and the app is very nice. My BMI read the same as what my doctors office told me it was. I have doubts as to whether or not all that data really comes from the sensors, but it is interesting to look at the data and it's great how it keeps track. I've already lost over 5 pounds and 1.2% of my body fat since I got it and it charts out your weight changes and body fat changes over time.

we previously had one but due to a flood it was damaged so we had to replace it. What I really liked about the old one was when you stepped on the scale a pleasant blue light showed your weight. This new one we received has a red light that shows your weight. I don’t care for the bright red lettering or numbering and was not given the option to choose either a blue light or any other color. The scale does its job. It works very well and we’re happy with it. I just wish that I would’ve been given the option to choose the blue numbers over the red numbers. Other than that, I recommend this product as it’s easy to use, compact, sturdy and attractive. Highly recommended

For the price it is worth it considering all the features it can do from the app. I was skeptical at first thinking all I want to do is see some numbers that I am happy with. Why do I need to download an app and see more. Well, it comes with easy guided instructions and once you set it up it is well worth it because the scale can measure more than just your weight and hopefully motivates you to stay on target.

This is by far the best scale I have ever owned! Aside from it being so sleek and nice (I got it in black), it is accurate (based on my recent visit to my doctor and her scale), and the app is chock full of information (body fat, BMI, skeletal muscle, subcutaneous fat percentages, and more).Just as soon as you step on the scale with your phone in hand, your readings begin. What you see on the app, is what you'll look down and see on your scale, so... so far, so good on the app doing its job.It's also the right size. I purchased another right before this one, but it was too little. Meaning, if my husband stepped on it, his toes would hang over the front or his heels off the back. He is actively using, and also enjoying this scale (and its size) by the way.Two of the best features of this scale are...1. Multiple users can download the app and step on it to receive their own personalized readings. This scale is for the entire family. Right now, 4 of my family members are logged into it and we haven't had any issues (yet).2. Based on your current trend of weight loss, it gives you an approximate number of days in which you should reach your goal, and that is extremely motivating.3. It syncs with Apple Health and other devices such as Fitbit, etc.I would highly recommend this item and it would make an awesome gift for someone you know who is embarking on a new fitness journey!

I had one of these scales in my last home. The scale provides an accurate weight with a plethora of additional information as the app that works with the scale delineates. The app keeps a record of each recorded weight. You need to have the app opened when you weigh yourself for the process to compute.

This is the best product ever. Easy to set up, download app and get helpful data. I have already made life changes when I discovered lower bone mass. The cost is perfect for a stellar product.
