Finally!! I was diagnosed with pcos/estrogen dominance at an early age. I was never overweight, just acne and long menstrual periods. Off and on for 20 years (I am 36 now), I will have long periods. I have been to so many doctors! They want to put me on bc pills or an ablation surgery. Neither are an option for me! Bc pills make me mean and depressed and an ablation just sounds scary! Progesterone cream has helped off and on but it quit working! I changed creams and it helped a little. But I have been on my recent period for 2 months! So I researched some more and learned about doterras clary calm. I roll it on my ovaries, and the ankle and wrist pulse points twice a day (google it). It helped a smidge. Then I learned about vitex, so i ordered these vitamins and all of the sudden my period stopped! I take 2 a day. Also, I started adding frankensence oil on the same pulse points as the clary calm. It is supposed to help with fibroids and cysts. If you are having the same issues I urge you to look into all of these products and oils! The progesterone cream I use is from smoky mountain naturals. Im not sure what exactly made my period stop but i will continue this routine until I figure it out:)

I’m excited about this herb! I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one for this! I had lost my cycle for two months and could not figure out how to get it back. The only life changes I had made recently was working out 5-6 times a week and doing intermittent fast. Up until recently, I have never lost my cycle so I was shocked and confused when I recently did. I read reviews about taking vitex to regulate cycles and get your cycle back. So I thought I would try and and ordered a bottle here on Amazon. Three days after taking this vitex (Pure brand), I got my period back! Super happy with this herb! I would recommend! I am excited to see the other ways it will benefit me and my cycles.

Use: I've been looking for a supplement that increases dopamine sensitivity. Dr. John Gray (author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus) recommended Vitex as a useful (and effective way) to re-sensitize the brain to lower levels of dopamine.It arrived yesterday and I immediately took one capsule, of 225mg, then another an hour or so later. Within 20 minutes, the motivation was there.It's not a 'GO-GO' type of motivation, it's more of a, "this needs to be done, so I'll do it now and get it over with" type of motivation. Just what I was looking for. I'm interested to see how vitex improves my life in other areas.Likes: Pure Encapsulations has quality products. Sometimes I get detoured by the price (as compared to how much I get), as compared to the price (and how much I get) with other brands. But the quality is definitely there. I'm 36, diagnosed with perimenopause. I have irregular periods and the awful hot flashes. After about a week taking the pills I noticed I wasn't getting the hot flashes as bad. It's almost been a month now and the flashes are literally unnoticeable. This is a miracle! I am 59 years old and I have been on Vivelle Dot (Estroil) for quite some time and had no issues until recently; I also take 200 mg of progesterone (generic prometrium). So, the estrogen has never been unopposed... Within the last year however, I began to experience extreme breast tenderness and quite alarmingly developed painful cysts in both my breasts (a common side effect of the drug). I cycled off the Vivelle Dot completely for 120 days and continued with the 200 mg of progesterone and began to include other supplements (brown seaweed, mistletoe extract and Dandy Blend with roasted dandelion root) to clear excess estrogen and that resolved all but one cyst. I continued to search for a solution and found information on a British women's heath site that recommended Chaste Tree in a dosage of at least 400 mg. daily to resolve. I have only been taking it for a few days (both morning and night) and I already notice a decrease in the breast pain and size of the cyst.

I use this to control cyclical mood swings. Started working right away. I take every morning, same time, just as you would a birth control, but instead of keeping me from being preggers, it keeps the crazies away.

Do not recommend if you have anxiety at all this will make it worse. My periods have not been regular since I took this. I only took 1 pill and it’s almost been 2 months and still causing me issues. It also causes my skin to have a burning sensation.
