Very dull . Not recommended
Bought this in a hurry with some apprehension. Thoroughly disappointed. Very dull colors. The balloons look old and dull. The bunting was ok.Party hats were a waste as none survived for more than a few minutes. Overall not worth the price. Do nor buy if you want a cheerful look for your kids party.

Could be priced better and the party hats are not good
Good theme but did not feel worth the price paid. Party hats keep opening up, balloons quality was not up to the mark. Rest were good.

The hats are too small even for a one year old i must say. I didn't get the balloons. Didn't have enough time to ask for a replacement or return. For this price its not really worth it.
