I use Curcumin for it's many health benefits. I have severe arthritis in my low back, both knees, and hands. I find using a good Curcumin with my vitamin D3 and Omega 3 keeps me moving and pain free. I decided to try this Curcu-Gel Ultra Curcumin Spice Supplement...by Solanova because it was recommended by a heathcare professional. After using it for 3 weeks, I can honestly say it was better than some I have tried. I was disappointed that this brand did not provide the level of relief I receive from a different formulation. I plan to go back to my old brand.

I am about to buy a second bottle....gonna try 3 bottles to make sure this works! Not sure how many stars to give it at this point because it will take about 3 bottles for it to get in my system enough to tell....supposed to be the best on the market.

Amazon sells Health Thru Nutrition brand of this exact same product for significantly less. IT'S THE SAME THING!!! Look for the BCM-95 designation on the label and description.

eased up my arithritus pain alot especially in my knees. i can bend down n get up so much better now allowing me to do the things i use to do.
