it works but it didnt come with the proper adapter for the pre exisiting peep hole so i had to drill a wider hole. It isnt bad, but i feel like it could be better. feels cheap.

Great device for the price. Not too hard to install. Missing batteries is the only reason for only four stars. It does state the batteries are included. Other than that works well.

It doesn't work if your door is faced to sun shines. The face is too dark to be recognized.

I love it! We can now tell who's at our door.

This worked well and had a excellent camera view. After 2 weeks the unit began a non-stop loud alarm beeping sound and would not stop until I removed the batteries! Loud enought to wake your sleep or maybe disturb a apartment neighbor if you were not home and have thin doors. I don't recall reading any annoying alarm features in the manual before I discarded the book. I would have given this 5 stars if there were no loud alarms.

This product comes with no understandable directions on it's setup and use. I kept it, however I can only use it as a bigger view finder and that is it, and if your door angles toward the sun it is useless. Not worth the money.

Its a nice door digital camera.
