This device is very easy to use. It simply sticks to the body, you set the targeted area, and integrity level. I started with level 1, and am now on level 2 after just over one week. I am extremely overweight, and in the process of losing weight (100 pounds). Eating healthy hasn’t been my issue, but working out has because my muscles are weak. I have always been large chested, and being obese has not helped my poor back. This device has helped me gain some strength in my lower back and core, which is helping me gain some mobility without straining my muscles. I am now feeling confident and healthy enough to lift at the gym. I have lost 10 pounds in one week from using this device, as well as eating healthy. I am optimistic about this helping me progress!

This ABS stimulator kit is nice to have to help me with consistency in the strength training department. I make most use of the abdominal stimulator.It is easy to operate, you just power it on with the “+” button and select your mode from options of shoulder, forearm, upper arm, back, abdomen or waist. Finally you select your intensity. There are 10 levels to choose from and I haven’t been able to go above 3 because it is powerful. My muscles really feel like they have had a workout after 10 minutes on level 3. It is that good ache like I actually just did 10 minutes of crunches so I feel like it is working. With more time, I’ll probably be able to step it up some more levels.I like that the battery packs are rechargeable. They don’t seem to need frequent recharging either, which is nice. I have already put about an hour and a half of time on one of them and it is still working well. They give you one for each of the pads.It would be nice if they gave you a few spare gel pads, but they also seem to last a while and aren’t too expensive to replace.I would recommend this to anyone else who has trouble finding time to do strength training. It is quite effective.

There are three separate units in this set. You charge them up, they come with each of its own charger line. The electric current sent via the pad will contract and release your muscle as if you are doing a small exercise. I use this on the shoulder and it helps with relieving the pain on the shoulder and the neck. This is similar to the tens machine sold on TV shopping network but the pads in this set are much longer in size, specially designed for abdominal workout.

I had 4 csections so it is hard to work out. And my csection “shelf” Was pretty large after four times being cut open. I didn’t like it. So I got this ab stimulator to helpfully get it looking a little better in my eyes. Let me tell you what....I can see the results ALREADY! I wear it for two cycles and I can see my shelf getting smaller. I am only using it on a low setting! I still have like 6 more levels I could go up to! It’s awesome. I am so happy. If you don’t have time to workout and need some help- I highly recommend this.

I love this product! When I first ordered this product I was skeptical of the concept and unsure if it would work. I received it faster than expected and immediately tried it out. This product really gives you a kick even on the 1 setting and I saw results in only a day or two. I am going to continue using it for a long while! (Also great packaging)

This works great for me when I'm doing plyos or lower body! On those days, I use the arm bands during upper body or arm rest days to switch up the type of movements my arms are used to. I can honestly say I feel them working as I am focusing in on other areas. By the end my arms definitely feel fatigued! The ab plate is usually used when doing planks and warm up stretches! Happy with my purchase.

I haven't used this long enough yet to see results so I'll come back and update but wow can you feel it. You can feel and see your muscles contract! Don't put it on to high in the beginning follow the directions! It's great when your busy and don't have time for a full workout. Can't wait to see results.

They product came in reason time it was exactly as pictured. However one of the controllers came defective and that was a disappointment because I am outside the USA and so shipping would have been a hackle. I have started using the remaining two controllers so its too soon to say whether I am seeing any changes.
