Works Good, not a fan of location of power jack, but it works. Easy to operate by employees. Reports it produces needs some work once downloaded so that it gives you what you want, but all in all good unit for the price.

Data download is complicated & comes through poorly. Outdated software perhaps? Also, you need a flash drive that is 2g or smaller, which I learned they no longer sell. Luckily I had one available, but if I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to use this at all.

No stars. Not even bothering to return it just shopping for another one. Don't like not having choice of military time. Don't like the manual it is written as ESOL so all choppy and overall dissatisfied. If I could give it zero stars I would.

second machine i order from Amazon, make time tracking and payroll much easier. great for the value.
