What is the waist measurements for the 3xl, 4xl, and 5xl?

Mfg size chart says 3X waist 46 to 47 inch, 4X = 48 to 50 inch, 5X = 52 to 55 inch

How is the length? I have a 38 inch inseam.

They are about an inch too long, but have snaps at bottom
