Great case to turn your ipad pro to a laptop
I have been using the case for couple days now and I like it so far. It’s the second keyboard case that I bought on Amazon. The best thing about it is the hand free experience. You can literally have your ipad turn to any angle/position you want, you don’t need to keep holding it like other cases.Second thing I like is the keyboard, many colored backlights, and especially the mechanical feel when typing (there’s also some crisp sounds when typing). I love typing on this keyboard. Keyboard also supports Ipad shortcuts. The matte black looks really nice too.A few things to note: it has hard plastic back that firmly holds the ipad, there’s a gap to help easy open and close the case like a laptop, supports true apple charging, apple pencil holder/wrap on the left side, bottom has some silicon tips to support standing like a laptop, and it has sleep/wake function. It’s not a heavy case, you can just fold it like a laptop and take it on the go.I like how my Ipad looks like a laptop in matte black. So I really like the case!

Not bad...
Not bad. Performs as expected - my observations:PROs:-Good/fast connectivity with my iPad PRO 11.-Can pretty much do anything from the keyboard without having to constantly tap-away at your iPad screen.-Access to all external ports. Nothing is interfered with.-Backlight is decent. I like that you can adjust the brightness. However, it’s temporary - not really a bad thing; it’s probably setup that way to conserve battery power, to which...-Battery lasts a good while. I’m not doing a lot of work on it (mostly social media and online browsing) so the battery life may be dependent on how often you’re using it. I’ve had my case almost a year, and I probably only charged the keyboard once every two weeks on average.CONS:-The cradle just barely fits my iPad. The tolerances are tight (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing) but I find my self, every now and then, having to push my iPad back into the cradle because it pops out. Not too much, but just enough were I’m not comfortable with it sticking out of the cradle like that (plus it causes rubbing against my iPad whenever I close my case - which is how I noticed it in the first place. Luckily, my iPad has a screen protector). I wish the clips that held the iPad in place were a little bit more robust - the only thing holding my iPad in is friction...LOL!-The cradle is not too stable - I have to rest mine on the back wall just to keep it from moving around like a ‘bobble-head’ every time I go to tap the screen, or type long reviews on Amazon (:P) I realize the cradle’s hinge needs to be able to move around - i just wished it was a bit more solid.Overall, not bad. If I could change anything, it would be the cradle itself - again, it can have tight tolerances, but just have it to where the iPad doesn’t pop out on occasion. The only thing that might cause me to replace this item is if I see something that is ‘ruggedized’ (having the ability to take it outdoors - drop-proof / waterproof (at least, rain/splashproof), dust/hot/cold resistant, etc). If something like that were to come along, I will ‘seriously’ consider replacing this case - for the time being, it does what I need it to do.

Backlighting Works a Charm and Bluetooth Connectivity is Quick
Note this review is for the iPad Pro 11 Case with Keyboard & Pencil Holder. There are different cases listed on this page, but this one completely encloses the iPad and the keyboard does not separate. I got this for my wife's iPad and it was easy just snap in the iPad, charge the keyboard (has enclosed micro USB cable), make the bluetooth connection and you are done. The good parts: It's easy to activate the backlighting on the keyboard by pressing a designated key. If you quit using the keyboard that function will "sleep" until you press that key again. So, if you don't need to use the backlighting (saves battery), you can just type without it.With an older keyboard case we had, it would take several seconds for the bluetooth to wake up when you started to type, but this one is pretty quick. That's good. It's also good that the case completely encloses the iPad for greater protection. The lid part holds the iPad and once opened will stay open and you can rotate it 360º or angle it as you like. You can fold the case around and use the iPad only with the keyboard behind it. Hard to explain, easy to do.The bad parts: Mostly things are good, but the right hand shift key is both tiny and poorly located so that it's easy to touch the arrow buttons instead if you are touch typing. Guess you can get used to it eventually. The case itself has a slick finish. That was a bit disappointing as it seems best to have a surface that it's easy to hold onto. It does have rubber nubs on the bottom of the case to keep it from sliding. If you have the case open, say in your lap, showing the keyboard and are just reading from the iPad, as soon as you open it beyond 90º it has a tendency to tilt backwards as it becomes top heavy. That's not handy if you are reading & also need to type.Overall, it seems to be a good case, and its pros outweigh the cons. Will update if there are problems down the road, but so far so good.

Perfect inexpensive keyboard!
I love this keyboard ! I have an iPad Pro and had no problem connecting and there is absolutely no lag whatsoever. I do wish the part the iPad goes in was a little heavier because the iPad weighs it down some but when u r Typing, it doesn’t affect that. If the iPad is jut sitting open the keyboard will come up off the table some. Only con I got tho!!! Worth the money for sure!
