One of the products is damaged: the bottom of the grey mug has a chip on the side that extends to the bottom of the mug. It looked like it was glued on but easily comes off. I’ve attached pictures. This was bought as an engagement present. Please send replacement or let me know what the next steps are. Thank you.

One of the lids came broken after waiting weeks for it to arrive this is very disappointing. Shipping takes forever and arrived much later then original date.
