I love Wyze cams but hate how I can't use them outdoors. Well, this solves the problem! Received exactly what I ordered. I did modify it a tad to improve performance. I put some non-shiny black tape along the inside of the 'bill' so the IR wouldn't glare off of it. I also used white electrical tape to go around the seam for added weatherproofing. I do have it under an overhang, but still prefer to have some added weatherproofing. The screws were crap with the kit. I had 2 of them break with the use of a screwdriver in a pre-drilled hole. Overall, took a couple of minutes to get it into the exact spot I wanted, When you tightened the housing to the wall mount, the housing can turn a small amount. I would recommend better screws, a black 'bill', and better weatherproofing.

I used this to mount my Wyze camera outside on my back patio. It looks good and I can only assume it will keep the water and elements out and away from the camera itself. The only reason I deduct a start is because the screws they send with it (and the cheap screwdriver they include as a "gift") are hard to install all the way (I gave up on the included screwdriver and got out a big/long screwdriver to properly tighten the screws all the way down).It's important to also note: you MUST use the flat USB cable that came with the Wyze itself (round USB cables won't fit through the back of this case).Other than these minor gripes, it was easy to mount and adjust. It's been up for nearly a week now with no issues whatsoever.

Recommended.Enabled me to install my Wyze cameras outdoors.The only thing to be aware of is to use a little force when twisting the screw. LOL! A well designed product that does what you expect it to do.

Seams to work great so far. Hope it lasts a while!

I bought these to protect my wyze camera from the elements. Seems like a decent housing. I siliconed the halves together and tightened the screws.

I have been hanging camera mounts all weekend. I was 1 outdoor case/bracket short. Ordered this and immediately I was impressed. The 2 things I didn’t like about the other mounts. This one had already made improvements on.1. You can easily turn the Ball Head to angle the camera however I want without using a pair of channel lock damaging plastic up. This one is like an aluminum. Strong, durable. And can adjust in seconds.2. I love that the case screws closed with camera already plugged in. Makes it a lil more difficult to install. But a price I will happily pay to know that plug is not coming out. It’s all in the enclosure. I assume the other ones I have will corrode quickly and damage cameras and cords.So now after installing this one. I believe I’m going to order 5 more to upgrade all the ones I installed last weekend. Night and day difference in quality.This is my first review I’ve ever written. Never have I been so happy with a product as I was with this one. It’s like they heard me complaining about the other ones and delivered on Monday. Lol

Good product but not great.Described as having a black bill on underside of brim to stop glare......mine has no blk bill and theres glare on the screen. I mean ima put some blk tape like a previous reviewer did.The screwdriver stripped (thank god the screws didnt)Seems sturdy.Ima run some electrical take on the seamline like another reviewer did for added waterproofing.Also cover the holes since rain can get in and rust the screw heads.Not really mad since i got it at a fraction of the cost since my item was damaged. Worked as promised.

Works well for the price!It is good weather proof housing for Wyze cam. I have i installed the camera in my backyard where there is little cover from the outside elements. It has survived several canadian snow storms & freezing conditions.The best part is it does not interfere with IR & I have clear view during the night.Took of one star as adjusting camera is little pain considering the fact that you can only move it 90 degree left or right.

The case is awesome looking, however the two halves of the case will not tighten up, there's almost an 1/8" gap between the two halves. The Company reached out to me and acknowledged the issue, but that's where it ended, no offer to make things right, nothing...it's been 2 1/2 months now...mark it up to, you get what you pay for.

This is perfect for my Wyze camera. Our camera cane with a white case and this one fits perfect. The colour is better. Black didn’t show and make the camera hide better outside. It’s is sturdy and made of a hard plastic. Easy to install and use.

This is my second time purchasing a wall holder for a Wyze camera.Very happy with this security system and I am adding another outdoor camera to the back of our house.Great value and they work well.

These are awesome (bought 2). The fit is perfect and I love the small attention to detail (like including extra screws, no one does that and they should). Have these mounted outside and they look great and are extremely stable. Will buy again as I get more cameras
