Jefferies Socks Big Boys'Crew Socks (Pack of 6)

We had hoped to get socks that would hold up being worn through days at school or play. These socks aren't it. These are of the "church only" quality, in my opinion. They are definitly dress socks, not a dark variety of a heavier type. We've already had a toe poke through, and another hole appeared due to a manufacturer's quality issue. (A problem we also had with the white sport socks from this brand.)

I bought these socks for my son but they were MUCH too small. I didn't realize they were for little boys/ toddlers.

When you have a kid that is unusually sensitive to hinge like seams in socks and tags in shirts, it can be quite challenging at times finding items that the child likes and doesn't cost double or triple what standard items cost. These socks do cost more, but still a lot less than other seamless socks. More importantly he likes them and I haven't heard a single morning complaint about socks since they arrived and we loaded up his sock drawer. It's a little thing, but it's important that he doesn't resist putting these on every morning. One less stress for us as parents and definitely less stress for him wearing them. With many other socks he acted as if he were wearing socks with rocks I the toes area. His answer is usually to just take the socks off at the first available opportunity and put his bare feet back I his shoes. What mod of us would find uncomfortable was actually an improvement to him. Still uncomfortable, but preferable. Anyway, now he is happy to wear socks and his shoes are less sweaty and smelly. We all win. So I whole heatedly recommend these socks.

If zero stars had been an option, I would have chosen that. These socks are awful. Two of them fell apart in my fingers as I carefully extricated them from the packaging. My son tried on a pair that had not fallen apart and he wanted them off immediately!--Jen, Boston MA

I wear these socks all the time. In fact they are the only socks I wear. Even though they are made for children, my foot is small enough to wear the largest size they carry. I wear them around the house and even outside to the mailbox or garage. They wear really well and the elastic keeps it's shape through many washings.The downside: As the mother of 7 boys I wish they carried the socks in larger sizes. Also, I bleach the heck out of the white ones and the gray footed socks get bleach spots. I realize their consumer market is children who wear uniforms to school, but I wish they carried them in more colors.

The socks were exactly what I needed they r perfect church socks. I like the variety of colors as well.
