These super-sized pieces of parchment paper are a lifesaver and game changer for my induction cooktop. I have tried multiple other approaches to keeping the glass top looking like new/clean, including paper towels (left charred looking residue on the glass), special cleaning products (didn't like the "clean" it left behind) and even a silicon mat (couldn't see the burner marks through the silicone). When I learned that one of my favorite baking tools could make the leap from oven to induction cooktop, I thought "of course!" and gave it a whirl. Loved the results, but wanted a really large piece of parchment to cover and protect the entire top of the cooking surface from any atomized bits of ingredients or larger spills from having any chance of putting my beautiful cooktop at risk. These are perfect. The package of 200 will last quite some time as they rarely need to be replaced (you can still wipe off any spills from the parchment) and the cooktop requires no maintenance or cleaning at all anymore! So very happy and excited to have this product on hand. Note that storing them does require a large dedicated space (mine are in a shallow drawer next to the cooktop), but to keep my induction cooktop looking glorious and unscathed by daily use makes the trade-off worthwhile. UPDATE: After my original review below, seller took the initiative to reach out to me and offered a refund since the product does not match its description. Hence, I'm changing my review for the excellent customer service provided. The wax paper sheets are actually a good product if you're looking for quality wax paper. I bought this in the past and it was great. It was REAL parchment paper sheets. However, this second purchase, the sheets are not parchment paper. It's now WAX paper sheets. Be aware that these are not parchment paper.

So convenient. So much better than the parchment in the rolls.

Perfect size for sheet pans

I bake a great deal with parchment paper. It lessens the chance of overly-browned bottoms with the added benefit of a clean baking sheet (I use 1/2 sheets with a rim rather than conventional cookie sheets without rims.). For years I used Reynolds’s parchment such as you buy in a grocery store. Of course it tends to curl up and despite running the sheet over a sharp table edge to lessen the curl it is almost never flat enough. Enter these precut flat sheets. Each is a uniform 12” x 16” piece of silicone-coated white paper. I have seen no evidence of degradation under normal baking temperatures to 375F. In fact any given sheet can be safely reused quite a few times before it becomes brittle. They have never imparted a flavor to my cookies that I have been able to detect. Above 400F they can be used once or twice before embrittlement sets in. The second photo is a sheet used 5 times for 12 minutes at 350F. I cut out a portion of the box as seen in the photo above to make a convenient dispenser which allows one sheet to be easily removed. I can heartily recommend these parchment sheets as a great value.
