I spent a lot of time doing research to find the most appropriate cat fountain for my cat. Unfortunately not all cats take to a water fountain. So you have to gamble on a fountain and see if your cat(s) take to it. Pros: From a price perspective, it is definitely on the cheaper end of the market so this is ideal to try. It is small so ideal if space is at a premium. Very easy to assemble, clean and disassemble, especially compared to some Petsafe models. Very quiet, mine is almost silent. Compared to some of the Petsafe models which can be quite loud. Cons: Some people may think the plastic is on the thin side and low quality. It is a bit thin, but the quality seems adequate for the price. The USB cable length may be too short for some people so keep it near a wall socket. Overall: This is an ideal fountain if you are unsure if your cat will take to a fountain. It is small, quiet, easy to clean and maintain. With regards to the longevity of the pump and the filter. I have had no issues with either (used for about 8 weeks now) and if you clean the water fountain regularly then the filter can last longer. The plastic parts are still in good condition and no micro-cracks are visible which can be an issue with some thin plastic goods.

My kitten has been poorly refusing to drink so I decided to have a look out there for ideas and this IS my answer!!! My kitten is drinking non stop always at the fountain when I walk through the hallway. This fountain is silent, compact, cute, very sturdy I love you can see how much water is left just by viewing the ‘level window’ makes it so much easier to just top it up daily. Keeps the water super fresh and a filter lasts 3 months honestly what more could you ask for in a water fountain for your furbabys! Amazing seller is an extra bonus he emailed me right away with a query and it was solved in his first reply I truly couldnt ask for a better service as well as Product.

My 14 year old, Willow, loves her new water fountain. I took a long time to pick a new one after my old one died on me (Cat Mate Water Fountain - I do not recommend). Had bought this one to tide me over (her Ladyship will only drinking running water) till I picked a better one. Turns out this one is absolutely fab and it's really pretty. Much bigger than I expected it to be (I don't mean huge or anything). Just sits in the corner of our living room perfectly. Doesn't make any annoying, chugging motor noises (looking at you Cat Mate). All you hear is a gentle water trickling (perfect if you are very zen). Won't be buying a (better) one after all as this one is superb and excellently priced.

This is a good fountain and the cat loves it. The only problem we had is the cat kept taking the lid off and splashing around. I’ve fixed this by: 1. Drilling a couple of slightly angled holes through the top of white bowl and then through the green lid (See pictures). 2. Next, pushing a couple of red rawlplugs through these holes, then cutting the ends off. This provides a couple of security pins that stops the cat pulling the lid off but still allows us to easily remove the pins and change the water/refill.

I love this because my cat loves it. She won't drink from anywhere else now (apart from the bath...) super quiet but will get noisier as the water level goes down. I change the water every other day and give it a wipe over at the same time - Descaling it every fortnight. Happy cat, will definitely buy another if this one breaks. EDIT: After almost exactly a year the motor stopped working. Disappointing! I followed the instructions and boy, was it totally scaled up! I scraped it all clean and when put back together and plugged in it sprang into action and is as good as new. Worth trying before buying a new motor or even replacing the whole unit because you assume it's broken. Have recently (6 months after the first descale) descaled again. It says every 2 weeks but that's really not necessary - every couple of months is adequate. It really is a simple job.

This is a lovely little fountain. Works really week and the flow of water is fantastic however, I've still not had it for a whole week and the pump is ridiculously noisy. So much so that I have to turn it off just to get some peace. I have no idea why it suddenly got this loud after only a few daysbut it's annoying.

So my cat is awkward. Super awkward. Would only drink out of the bathroom tap on a slow stream. This would mean she could happily go most of the day refusing to drink out of her bowl, until I got home. She is only a "part time" outdoor cat and we noticed she liked to go outside after rain to drink from dirty puddles. A little research later and it was oxygenated, chlorine free water she liked (the bathroom tap was actually a compromise!) So we gave the fountain a try, and it's been an instant hit. The filters keep all the nasty chemicals out, and the pump keeps the oxygen flowing. Brilliantly simple. The pump is like a mini fish tank pump. It's very quiet! We've heard humming occasionally, or trickling water. We tend to find If you knock it on and off again it stops the sounds. Easy to top up. Reasonably easy to clean. The pump is a little fiddly but bar from that all good. Replace the filters once a month and clean every two weeks. Not a bad trade off, so we can go to the toilet in peace.

Finde den Brunnen zu laut und störend immer im Hintergrund hörbar. Meine Katzen wollen ihn auch nicht annehmen, er steht schon ein par Tage da aber sie wollen nichts vom ihm wissen. Wahrscheinlich schreckt sie das brummen ab.

Generell nicht das tollste Produkt aber nach nicht mal 3 Monaten schon kaputt, daher nur 1 Stern.

Leider ist der brunnen nach zwei Monaten kaputt gegangen 😔 Eine Möglichkeit den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren gibt es nicht. Wirklich sehr schade!
