Very good product
This is an excellent product that can save a lot of time, tempers, and even marriages. It gives clear communication between a driver and helper whether in boating or RVing, and this can be very helpful in docking or parking situations. It can easily be classified as a safety item. However, while it worked out OK, I had the misfortune of getting a bad unit. I contacted the seller who immediately authorized shipping it back free of charge. They replaced it and as luck would have it, I got another bad one. Each one had a faulty part in it but they were different parts. At that point the distrubutor got involved and requested that I send the entire thing back so that they could see what was going on. I did that and they replaced the unit again and tested everything to make sure it worked. After a season of use they are still going strong and we really enjoyed using them. We highly recommend them because of the quality of the sound and the quality of the seller.

a great marital aid
I am 51 and my husband is an avid bicyclist. I finally got a hybrid bike and have been enjoying getting out riding with him. BUT I have not ridden a bike regularly since I was a teenager so I definitely cannot go as quickly on the trails as a lot of people out there so it's very difficult to ride side by side as a lot of people do because I need to leave room for people to pass. That, plus my husband's tinnitus made it difficult to communicate back and forth. You know, little stuff like, 'Did you see that gorgeous bird?' We've only gotten to use these once so far so I will add to this review if we run into a problem but it was SO nice to be able to talk back and forth freely on our ride! They are very comfortable to wear, I was a little concerned about wearing them with our bike helmets but because of the design they are not a bit uncomfortable with the helmets and we absolutely love these

It's Ok
Seems to work fine, I have not used this yet in a real scenario, just around the house inside & out approx. 200ft radius... I do a lot of video recording, I always have 2 cameras rolling so this should work fine in one of our large edifice.... pretty simple to use & set up earphones fit snuggly around neck and over ear comfortably, bend & adjust to your liking... only thing... the reception can be a little tricky for me, and I have switched codes several times and still sometimes get static receptions...Update..... For some reason after using this in a real setting about 4 times.... we are starting to have problems with signal, keeps going out, and we have changed channels and batteries... and we are in close distance to one another.... nothing like can't here one another when talking trying to change camera shots.

Can't be beaten for price and functionality.
This is my second set of these radios - we use them for communicating with referees during rugby matches. On the plus side, I've seen nothing that comes close to this level of functionality for this price - easy to use, fairly durable, and pretty clear speech. On the negative, with the kind of beating they take in a kit bag, or being handled by dozens of different folks, the useful life is only a couple of years before they need to be replaced - several failures of the 3.5mm port and the charging port. Have to note that we do not treat them gently, or probably use within the manufacturers suggestions, so this is a note rather than a complaint - handle them carefully and they'll last longer :-)

Best boat accessory of the year
Docking and anchoring is easier since we bought the Simultalks. We've been using this aboard our 40-footer since September 2013 and there is a noticeable improvement in coordinating tasks between helm and deckhand (that's me!). Also, eliminating shouting at each other is a plus for any boating couple. The units work well. We only wear them approaching a dock or anchoring, so have been impressed with battery performance; charged them once or twice a month while moving the boat every day. The sound is clear. If I have any criticism, it would be to have a little more length (or adjustable length) on the headband for the headset.

One of the coolest gadgets ever!
This product is one of the coolest gadgets we've purchased for our boat. These radios are all they claim to be. They are easy to use; truly duplex, hands free, the sound quality is amazing, and they truly eliminate the wind sounds. Using these radios my husband and I are able to communicate so much more effectively than our previous methods, which included shouting ineffectually and using completely indecipherable hand gestures. We look so smooth we are the envy of all the other shouting and wildly gesturing couples in the harbors we visit.I'd highly recommend this product.

like when we are anchoring
The headset cords catch on things you don't want being caught, like when we are anchoring! When they work they are very good, but they also cut out without warning, thus causing the poor communication issues we hoped they would prevent when we were anchoring or I was going up the mast. Now that we have a bit more experience, our hand signals work far better, and don't require batteries or recharging! ;-)

Just what we needed
The Eartec 24G system was exactly what we needed for my daughter's riding lessons. She is hard of hearing and her hearing aids can't do it all. We got the Eartec system so her trainer wouldn't have to yell and she would hear the comments and directions better. Worked better than we hoped. While the design of the headphones isn't ideal for a rider wearing a helmet we were able to make it work safely with her helmet. Very clear sound, no matter how busy the arena became or what she was doing (jumping and cantering). Glad we bought it. The vendor called us to verify receipt and offered on going support. Pleasant surprise.
