I bought this to bring with me when I ride my dual sport motorcycle when I see downed branches or trees, I can then clear the trail. I tried this out on a nice couple 8” thick trees and it cuts nicely. It does take work on the bigger trees but you just have to keep at it. It will bind if you don’t plan how the tree will fall. This is a great tool to have on the trails and it fits in a small case and doesn’t weigh anything. It works!

Just saw Work tried to cut down the branches we need to cut off our tree it cut quickly and easily we really were happy to have it. We didn’t have a chainsaw handy and it failed in nicely

Needs at least twice as many cutting links: basically just scratches the bark on a tree.
