The medium size was too small for my thin Siamese cat, so I ordered the large and it is fine. When I tried to return the small size Amazon asked for $6.00 unless I took it to a department store for the return. The first one had a defective zipper, and it did end up with no charge, or so I thought. When I took the box to UPS they asked for $1.00 since I hadn’t taped it, because I read I didn’t have to tape it. Now I have tape at home and could easily have taped the box, had I known. I did not have my purse with me since I was on my way to the gym and never take a purse. The nice clerk said not to worry, but I feel like I owe him $1.

I like the fact that this is a pretty sturdy backpack / stroller but it is a little bit awkward for my pug who outgrew it right after I bought it. She weighs 13 lb and it's very hard to transport her via backpack. Thank goodness there are rollers so I can pull her LOL!

I have taken my large cat on flights several times in this. It is holding up great, and he has plenty of room. Also fits under most of the seats on the flights. Some of the aisle seats on some airlines have less room, but for the most part it all works out, and we get the cat under a seat. Glad to have it on wheels.

It doesn’t fit under the air line seat but it folds flat to store above if all you want is to get to the seat.

I like the fact that it fits my 16 pound poodle. I strap it into the car seat and she loved looking out at all the car while she is safely strapped into the carrier. I had to put her bed under it to get it high enough for her to see out. The zippers are a bit flimsy so don’t know how long it will last, but for now, she loves it.

Très bonne qualité. Mon chat est à l'aise à l'intérieur.

No me.parece que sea de lujo, es difícil de montar porque los hierros no encajan bien, las instrucciones son escasas y no se dónde poner la cinta que va en medio. No la veo muy estable.
