VIZIO SB3621n-F8MB 36” 2.1 Sound Bar System (Manufacturer Renewed)

As stated in an earlier review, we are older adults and were worried about being able to install this device. It was a snap! Just a couple of plug-ins and it synced perfectly with our 65" Samsung 4k TV. Great buy for the price! Highly recommend to improve your big TV's sound.

This product was better than we expected for the price we paid. We read great reviews on it and decided to give it a shot. We use it in our living room and having the separate bass box (it comes with the sound bar) behind the couch gives it the real “surround” sound we were looking for. We turned it up higher than what we would normally watch an entire action filled movie, and even at the higher level it sounded good without having that fuzzy noise. I highly recommend this. *I'm not a paid reviewer.

A Very good system for the price! The sound is surprisingly good.Just know that this does not have an HDMI port which effects how you may set up your whole system.Also this may not be the most durable or “kid friendly” speaker/sub combo.

This item was a manufacture renew. I was a little reluctant because of fear of a missing item. Well my fears where realized when the item arrived at my lady's house.it was a surprise and she was happy to receive it and I was happy to set it up for her. Unfortunately, the power cord for the subwoofer was not included. Contacted Amazon and after minutes on hold finally got me in touch with Vizio, the manufacturer. Now I had to prove that I purchased the item, and I sent them a screenshot of the Amazon confirmation and purchase. Of course I have to wait and see if they will send me the cable. Amazon wants to sell remanufactured or renewed items it needs to have a process in place where they can extract the parts needed and send it pronto, instead of me waiting 5 to 7 business days. I was hoping to have the sound bar working properly since my lady is having a party with her family. Oh well.

Only lasted less than 8 months. It went crazy. Couldn't shut it off manually or with a remote. Volume started moving on its own (increasing). Turn the TV off and the lights on the sound bar go crazy. The only fix according to Vizio is to hold power/Bluetooth key at same time for 10 seconds. Failed. It's done. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Audio quality is great and installation is very simple. Buttons on the remote are difficult to see in low light conditions but there aren’t many buttons so you figure out after a few uses.

The soundbar stopped pairing with Bluetooth one day out of the blue. Very frustrating! I won’t be recommending this brand or buying Vizio products in the future. Buyer beware!

Getting older and hearing is going, just what I needed for clear sharp sound, don't need to crank the volume to understand voices. Have bass turned way down, probably could have purchased 2.0 rather than 2.1 for my needs. Many times better than Samsung factory speakers on my Television.
