Does it have reinforcement?

No reinforcements, but doesn't really need any with it's current configuration. The poles are sewn into the corners from the top all the way to the floor and the poles are tied together at the very top. It's not heavy at all, relatively light, but very well made and very stable. Our granchildren really enjoy playing in it, especially the girls. I hope this answers your question. We have had houses in the past, but they take up so much space to store when not being played with. This bundles all together and will stand in a corner until they want to play with it again.
