How does it play at night? Do you hug it or have to push buttons?

Just gently push the shell on the belly in and it will play the sounds options you choose from for 30 minutes. My one year old son absolutely loves it and carrys it everywhere. Easy to use and very easy to wash. The clothes pulls right off

The breathing feature where the belly moves up and down won’t stay on? Iif it does it’s only for about 5-10 seconds. Is this normal?

Check the batteries, it’s the feature that causes the battery to run out the fastest

How to trun off the music and vibration? Pushing the heart button doesn't work.

You can actually hold down the button for about 10 seconds as long as you push the button and just hold down it takes a few seconds but it will turn off if you dont want to always flip the switch in the back.
