Can these fans be use as cpu cooler fans? Front and back of the tower grilles?

These are the same fans that Artic uses on their AIO cooler, and can be used for CPU or case fan.

How long are the screws that come with this fan? I would need the screws to thread through the fan first before bolting it onto the case.

They are not long enough to do what you are wanting.

It's listed at 0.08A at 12V. So multiplying 0.08 by 12, you get 0.96w or basically 1 watt.

i have a masterbox q300l, which fans will work best for that case?

If you want really quiet 1,800-2,000 RPM very fairly priced 120 mm fans you can't beat these. I like them better than Noctuas, Phanteks, Cooler Masters I have. If that case accepts 120's and most do you can't go wrong.
