I was a bit unsure of this product, but I'm glad I bought it. Wearing a chin strap can be an uncomfortable necessity especially when dealing with sleep apnea, but after purchasing this model and wearing it nightly I am already seeing an improvement in my CPAP sleep scores (using MyAir app from ResMed). I even hit a score of 100 for the first time recently. In fact, I hit that score 2X; something that has never happened before. The strap can be finicky, so you'll need to experiment and find the best fit. I'm not sure if it's stretching out of shape, so I also need to monitor that more closely. Otherwise, it's comfortable and useful when compared to the flimsy crap that the CPAP companies provide - those straps are for the most part 100% useless and ineffective.

1. The back strap has two pieces of Velcro that join together in a bunch at the back of the head. This kept me from being able to sleep on my back, which is what I wanted.2. Despite their recommendation to wash the device first due to smell (which I did), the synthetic plastic-y smell discouraged restful sleep.

I am not sure if it worked or not since I don't sleep with anyone who could give me feedback. It is easy to put on and take off.Cons:1. Not FDA anything. False advertising.2. You are basically wearing a Neoprene wet suit on your face all night so the device will smell like an old gym soak in the morning. IT DOES NOT BREATH.3. After hand washing it twice the treads started to come unraveled.4. I think there are false reviews bumping up the score. Be weary of the product.

Good quality materials

comfy enough, but I still woke my wife up with snoring. This doesn't really pull the lower jaw forward enough to keep the throat open. However, it keeps the mouth closed and that feels nice in the morning.

The poly material is very stiff, the velcro flaps are esp annoying as they don't bend well. My head is 23" for comparison and it was too big and would not fit properly. Other brands are better.

Great idea, poor execution. Strap is supposed to keep your mouth shut to prevent snoring. Unfortunately the strap was too stretchy. The only way this would work is if your head is the size of a watermelon. Recommend you allow strap to be tightened more to prevent jaw from opening. On a positive note, the material is really soft and comfortable against the skin.

I have a CPAP machine, but those of us who have one, knows that sometimes you just want too go some nights without. Well, I bought this thinking that it would do just that, but for one, it doesn't fit. I had to manipulate the size by sewing it to fit and all it did was irritate me throughout the night. Don't waste your $$$$$$.
