Absolutely NOT HUMAN HAIR
Bought as an Xmas present for my daughter as description said 100% human hair… before I even opened the box to check I knew it was just a cheap synthetic product..checked anyway and it is an extremely cheap & nasty plastic ugly head.. DO NOT BUY! Doesn’t deserve 1 star.. minus 100 at best!

Lovely but.....
Really nice doll head, the hair is beautiful, soft and manageable, one issue is that it seems to come out easily and I keep finding clumps of it around after she's played with it. So I guess you need to pay a bit more for a really efficient one.

NOT 100% REAL HUMAN HAIR LIKE IT STATES
NOT REAL HAIR, !! it states numerous times that this is 100% real human hair in the product information and it is not , this has been viewed by a few professional hairdressers, not fit for colouring, just styling and cutting. It is mixd with ynthetic. You can feel the synthetic when you run your fingers through. Really disappointed in being miss lead .However the hair is very thick and great for styling, a lovely gold colour, comes with a lot of cheap china hair accessories which i didn't expect as items only listed was clamp and head in the box. So suppose that was a bonus, but i am disappointed that the information stated is not correct and i could of got the same synthetic head block cheaper. But it is perfect for practising styles

Great customer service
Had a slight issue with this block head but once I had contacted the seller it was dealt with straight away customer service was fantastic my daughter (8) loves this and practices putting her hair up and plaiting it

Pelo artificial, perfecta para practicar corte. Aguanta el calor a temperatura no muy alta de plancha, secador...sin embargo, cuesta mantener la forma deseada.

Sehr guter Kundendienst und prima Produkt
Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.Verkäufer ist sehr kulant. Bei uns war nach 3 Wochen die Tischhalterung gebrochen und wurde sofort völlig unproblematisch ersetzt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

No es pelo 70% natural
No se corresponde a la descripción. El pelo es 100% sintético y no muy bueno, por cierto. Sólo te servirá si quieres que tus hijos jueguen a hacer peinaditos, pero nada más.
