Seems to work for 11 year old
I bought these for my son who suffers from extreme anxiety. I've given these gummies to him a couple times & the do seem to slightly calm him down. He doesn't hate the taste which is a big plus for me.

Slows heart beat.
I usually take two of these just to help me unwind when my mind won't switch off. I have notice it significantly slows down my pulse which surprised me. But I guess that's why they're ideal for stress!

They worked ok but needed something stronger long term
They do work ok to take the edge off mild anxiety but as l can get strong anxiety attacks and l went through the loss of a parent l changed to herbal drops and a herbal pill which worked better.
